Meet Our Pastor
Muriu Makumi has served as a pastor at Mariners since 2018 and has worked with Discipleship, Rooted, and Outreach. He is passionate about the whole church engaging and reaching the whole world, and desires for all to feel seen, known, and loved. His heart for the marginalized informs this desire, and he loves to connect with everyone to ensure no one feels out of place. He is married to his wife Nicole, and they have one son. Muriu is a very loyal Arsenal supporter and loves to watch all kinds of sports. He enjoys riding bikes and a wonderful cup of coffee.
